Frequently asked questions
As a new Customer, Can we place a test order or do a small quantity for the first order to begin the partnership?
Yes, you can place a test order or a small quantity for your first order. We offer this option to help you evaluate our services and products. Just let us know your budget, and we'll work with you to meet your needs.
Note: The minimum budget must exceed $500.
How Do I Place an Order?
You can place your order by sending the details via WhatsApp, to our sales email address, or by replying to our deal emails.
What's the Order Process?
Once you confirm your order via email or chat, we’ll send you an invoice with payment instructions. We start processing your order as soon as we receive the payment.
Do Your Invoices Help With Amazon Ungatings?
For new customers, we offer a one-time exception: to ungate an Amazon listing, you may purchase 10 units or more. After we issue the invoice, you can submit it to Amazon. If Amazon accepts our invoice and ungates your listing, you may then purchase additional quantities to meet our MOQ or MOA.
We provide official invoices with high access ungating, but please be aware that they do not guarantee ungating. Always check our Terms of Sale, Use, and service policy.
What Are Your MOQs and MOVs?
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) are specified in each individual deal.
Do You Ship Directly to FBA?
Yes, we do! Just create your labels through Amazon Seller Central and send them to your sales representative.
Do You Offer Prep Services?
Yes, we do! Our prep services include FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, bundling, and more.
Please note: The labeling and preparation service fee will be calculated and included in the unit price on the invoice.
These include:
labeling: $0.25 - $0.55 per unit
Poly bagging: $0.30 per unit

Product Photo Service: $20 per Variation
Additionally, for products requiring English labeling due to foreign language labeling or FDA requirements, a fee of $0.60 per label, including barcode label, may apply, unless otherwise stated.

We do not provide additional documents for use on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, apart from our invoices. However, we will indicate in the product description or offer if additional documentation, such as manufacturer invoices or Letters of Authorization (LOA), can be provided.
What are the payment methods?
We accept various payment methods, including:
Direct bank deposit (ACH, T/T, Wire, Wise, Payoneer).
Credit card payments via Stripe (with a 3% surcharge).
Please note we are only accepting credit card payments for customers that we’ve done multiple deals with before to avoid chargeback scams.
Will you provide photos or evidence of our order, including prep labeling and products, before shipping to Amazon or our address?
Absolutely. We keep you involved every step of the way. You'll receive photos and videos of your purchases, ensuring transparency and a smooth delivery process for your business.
Why does Skybridge Distribution have strict policies on ordering, payments, shipping, and returns?
Our policies are designed to protect both you as a customer and us as a business. Since we are a bulk wholesaler, we need these guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s why they are necessary and fair:
Order and Payment Policies: Once an order is placed, it's final because we deal with large quantities of products reserved specifically for you. Allowing changes or cancellations would disrupt our inventory and delay orders for other customers. This ensures that everyone gets their products on time and as expected.
Credit Card Fees: The 3% fee for credit card payments covers the costs charged by payment processors. We offer Bank transfers without fees as a way to help you save money. This way, we can keep product prices low and avoid passing extra costs on to all customers.
Shipping Responsibility: Shipping costs, taxes, and duties can vary widely, especially for international orders. By making customers responsible for these charges, we ensure transparency and prevent hidden fees from showing up later. You’re also encouraged to add insurance to your shipment, so you’re covered if anything goes wrong during transit.
No Returns or Refunds: Since we sell in bulk and at wholesale prices, we cannot operate like a retail business where the impact of a return is small. Handling returns or refunds would create high costs and logistical issues that could force us to raise prices for everyone. By keeping an "all sales are final" policy, we maintain low prices and avoid the complexities of managing returned stock. We hope you understand that this is essential for us to continue providing competitive pricing.
Prep and Labeling Fees: These fees are necessary to cover the extra work needed to prepare orders for platforms like Amazon FBA. Rather than increasing prices across the board, we charge only for the services you actually need. This keeps the process fair and efficient for everyone.
Marketplace Restrictions: It’s the buyer’s responsibility to check if products can be sold on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or TikTok Shop. Since every platform and country has different rules, we strongly encourage you to research before purchasing to avoid any issues. We supply products to various e-commerce businesses, not just Amazon, eBay, or other platforms, so we can't manage all platform-specific regulations ourselves. Ensuring that products meet the marketplace standards for your chosen platform is something only you can verify.
Non-Refundable Deposits: We require non-refundable deposits to secure your order and commit stock to you. Since our inventory moves quickly, this deposit ensures that the products you need will not be sold to someone else while we await your payment. This commitment helps us manage our stock efficiently and fairly.
As a bulk wholesaler, we operate on much larger scales than retail businesses. Handling the costs and damages of returns or refunds in wholesale would make it impossible to offer the low prices and large quantities that we do. We hope you understand that these policies are in place to protect both our business and our customers by keeping operations smooth and prices competitive.
