1. Acceptance of the Policy
By using the Site and placing an order with skybridge distribution, you accept and agree to be bound by these policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these policies, you must not place an order with skybridge distribution or use the Site.
2. Returns and Exchange Policy
2.1 Return Conditions
• Eligibility for Return: You may return any item shipped by Skybridge Distribution, provided it meets the conditions below. All products are sold “As Is” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits. However, if the products you receive do not match their descriptions, we will offer a refund or exchange within a 30-day window.
• Notification and Return Timeline: Notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise if there is an issue. If Skybridge Distribution does approve a return, it may be subject to a restocking fee. Return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in the same condition you received it (i.e., in the original box and/or packaging).
• Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened, expired, or used unless the product was received damaged, defective, or open upon arrival (i.e., items with protective seals). Makeup or sexual wellness items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer’s defect.
2.2 Damaged or Defective Items
• Inspection Before Shipping: All items are carefully packed, inspected, and photographed prior to leaving our warehouse.
• Damage During Shipping: If your shipment arrives damaged, Take clear and detailed photographs of the damaged items, you must notate the damage with the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Skybridge Distribution immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
• Insurance: Buyers are responsible for requesting or adding insurance to their freight, even if Skybridge Distribution schedules the shipment. Skybridge Distribution takes no responsibility for merchandise damaged in transit.
• Carrier Issues: Any issues with packages or pallets being lost or damaged must be addressed directly through the carriers or insurance providers.
• Control of Delays: We cannot take responsibility for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather or transit delays.
2.3 Return Shipping
• Customer Responsibility: Shipping charges of returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All items returned to us for exchanges or sent back to us by your post office or shipping carrier due to an incorrect address will be charged reshipping fees.
2.4 Restrictions on Returns
• Non-Returnable Situations: Product returned is incomplete or defaced. You do not have the original order number or receipt. Returned items have a different serial number from what was originally sent. Items that are opened and not in original packaging. Warranty cards are filled out.
• Custom Orders or Configurations: No returns or refunds will be made for items that are specially ordered for the customer.
2.5 Refund Process
• Processing Time: We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
3. Special Policies
3.1 Confiscation Policy
• If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days, or if items remain in our warehouses for more than 30 days, they will not be covered by our warranty, and our confiscation policy will apply. In such cases, the products will be considered the property of Skybridge Distribution and may be disposed of without a refund.
3.2 Amazon Warehouse Shipments
• Once goods have been sent to an Amazon warehouse, we cannot accept returns. Please ensure your choices are final before this stage.
3.3 Responsibility for Restricted Items
• Certain items may be prohibited from being sent to FBA or sold on Amazon due to various restrictions. Buyers are responsible for confirming their eligibility to sell specific items on Amazon or other marketplaces.
3.4 Verification of SKUs and ASINs
• To avoid any issues, please double-check your purchase orders (POs) for accurate SKUs and ASINs.
